Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Bangalore, Aetos Innovation Labs was created for engineering problems where uncertainty is expensive—and sometimes unacceptable. We apply physics-led thinking, disciplined validation, and deep engineering judgement to help teams make the right decisions early and carry confidence through to build and qualification.
Our Team.
We are a team of engineers who work best when problems are complex and constraints are real. We bring together experience across simulation, analysis, validation, and system integration—shaped by years of hands-on work on real programmes.
Our work spans modelling, analysis, and validation across structural, thermal, fluid, electromagnetic, and system-level domains. This integrated mindset allows us to move beyond isolated analyses and support engineering decisions that hold up across environments, operating conditions, and programme lifecycles.
We ask uncomfortable questions early. We value physics over assumptions, evidence over opinion, and we take responsibility for the engineering decisions we support. It’s a way of working shaped by real programmes, real constraints, and real-world outcomes.

Aetos Innovation Labs was founded in 2025, building on over two decades of engineering practice established through Aetos Design & Engineering Pvt. Ltd., an Indian engineering organization with deep expertise in simulation-led design and engineering analysis across aerospace, automotive, energy, and industrial domains since 2004.
As engineering challenges have evolved—with greater system integration, tighter qualification requirements, and increasing electromagnetic complexity—the need emerged for a focused organization dedicated to advanced simulation, EMI/EMC, and system-level validation. Aetos Innovation Labs was created to address this shift, building on the same engineering DNA while developing specialised capability for today’s most demanding programmes.
While the two organizations operate independently, they share a common foundation: rigorous engineering, evidence-based decision-making, and long-term programme thinking.
